This heritage cottage is cheerful, casual and perfectly positioned to enjoy the water views of St Margarets Bay. The main floor features a sunny living room, with adjoining dining room. There is a modernand fully equippedkitchen, a breakfast room, and a bathroom with laundry machines. Upstairs are four bedrooms (1 queen, 1 double, and 2 twin bedrooms) plus a full bathroom with tub/shower combo.

The large covered screened-in porch allows you to sit outside and enjoy the views. Mature gardens surround the cottage on just over an acre of land and the property extends across the lane to the waterfront, where you can take a dip, launch your kayak or watch the sailboats glide past.

Walk into the village and choose from various restaurants and cafes. Hubbards has plenty to offer, including one of the best lobster dinner/live music venues on the South Shore (the Shore Club). Hubbards has most of the amenities you will need; including restaurants, a grocery store, liquor store and gas station. There are several lovely beaches within a ten minute drive and Halifax is a quick 30 minute drive away.
