It is the perfect place for a family holiday or romantic getaway. There are three bedrooms so there is plenty of room for up to four people.

The main floor with the kitchen, dining area and den boasts large windows overlooking the lawn and water. Enjoy the large deck off the kitchen to take full advantage of the view. The lawn leads to the waterfront which is shared with the other residents of the lane as well as the marina of the Oak Island Inn. The bright den has a comfy couch and a large flat screen smart TV and there is a full bathroom on this level, with a large walk-in shower.

The beautiful new kitchen has all the tools you'll need to cook up a storm (better inside than out!). Fully equipped with an island, stove, oven, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and even some necessary utensils should you decide to cook up a lobster feast.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms and another full bathroom, one with a clawfoot tub and a walk-in shower. The master bedroom, with air-conditioning has a king sized bed, 32” flat screen TV and large windows to enjoy the view. Best of all, this bedroom has a balcony where you can sit out and take in the ocean views. The second bedroom is bright and airy and has a queen sized bed and the third bedroom has a single bed.
