You will feel at home as soon as you walk through the doors of this newly-renovated, stylish Nova Scotia vacation home. Enjoy expansive views across St Margaret’s Bay and looking out to the rugged Shut-In Island. Wander across the large yard to the shore and beachcomb amongst the rocks. With 255 feet of waterfront, there is plenty of room to enjoy.
The main floor features a bright living room with high ceilings and large windows looking out to the ocean. The comfortable furnishings, propane fireplace and flat screen TV make for a great place to kick back and relax. The well-designed kitchen features quartz countertops, an island with bar stools and everything you’ll need to cook up a feast. The dining area is located just off the living room and kitchen, with a table large enough to seat eight.
The primary bedroom is located on the main floor, with a comfortable king sized bed. This bedroom features ocean views through large windows, an entrance to the deck, a flat screen TV, a luxurious 4-piece ensuite bathroom and a large walk-in closet.
The main floor features two additional bedrooms – both spacious, bright and with queen sized beds. These rooms share a four piece bathroom, with a tub/shower combination.
A large patio runs along the back of the house and looks out over the lawn and out to the ocean. Here you can use the propane barbeque and enjoy a meal outdoors on the dining table that seats six. A perfect place to enjoy the view in style and comfort!
Downstairs is the fourth bedroom, with queen sized bed, and a bathroom with walk in shower. This floor also has a large rec room with plenty of games for kids and adults: ping-pong table, toys, board games and an indoor basketball hoop game.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this well appointed house! The house was well supplied and made the visit very convenient. But most importantly the house is as beautiful on the inside as the view is on the outside. We highly recommend it - 10 out of 10! PS. the games are a huge attraction!

We really enjoyed your lovely home. We travelled with 3 couples and we had so much space with all the rooms. We did so much around the area and enjoyed the beautiful weather. The view from the house was amazing and we enjoyed the scenery every morning. So glad we stayed!
Perfect beach front property experience
What an amazing experience! This home is everything we could have imagined and more. It was the perfect base for day trips we did around the area. Picked up lobster and scallops at Ryers and had our own lobster boil - it was perfect! Enjoyed some down time by the fire pit, roasting marshmallows, enjoying the stars and sounds of the water. You have a beautiful home, so glad we chose to stay here. Thanks for the perfect beach front property experience!
Amazing View
The view is amazing! This was the perfect spot to end the summer. We enjoyed every part this house has to offer. The games for families provided were great! We are a family from Ontario visiting and we will be back next year to experience this all over again!

Best rest ever!
What an absolutely fabulous cottage. We enjoyed listening to the giggles and laughter from happy kids in the play rooms. Discovered the best sleeping quarters for our C-PAC member. The fresh salt air, the campfire, the stars, the waves and OH, having brunch outside under the canopy of the cantilever during a downpour! A well designed and very comfortable place to work, rest and play.
